One week left, fatigue levels have definitely set in. Nothing changed too drastic on carbs levels and variations. Beginning on Tuesday night will work on slowly beginning to get rid of water, and wed will slowly begin to carb load. The purpose of doing this, is in hopes that you can peak on sat and be as dry(getting rid of the water) and full (carb loading) as possible. Drying out is the hardest part for me, because you have to eat a lot of food with little or no water, trust me it's not an easy thing to do. I'm looking forward to Saturday, think it's gonna be a great show...see you all there!!!
