Well, we are having some setbacks and it’s really making it difficult to keep my head high. This exact same thing happened to me last year. My progress is staying at a constant plateau and I keep training hard and keeping my diet clean and to the T!!! We have added more cardio and brought my carbs down immensely and my bf% still is staying the same. So I went to my Dr. to get my blood work done..and sure enough it’s my thyroid. I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism last summer because the exact thing happened. Well, come to find out I am having a few different health issues making it impossible to lean down. I am now on a higher dose of thyroid medication to see if I can bring my levels back up to normal. Even though this has set me back and is making me a little behind I still have high hopes and keep training and dieting harder than ever!! This next week we want to try and make a big loss so now I am doing 25 mins a.m. cardio and 40 mins after I train at night. As far as my diet goes we are going to carb cycle this week in hopes that I will drop some fat. It will definitely be a rough week..I am already starting to feel drained..but nothing is stopping me! Wish me luck this week I need it!
