So this week I slowly started back into a cardio routine, after taking my week break. It was nice easing into it and not killing myself, my body really needed the break!!! Nothing too new this week as far as progress. I had to go to the doctor and get some blood work done and tests ran to see if I am low in anything and to check my thyroid again. I don’t want to go full steam in the gym until I know if something is wrong with me. Better to be safe! My energy levels are still pretty low, I feel really tired and constantly fatigued….I hope we can figure out what is going on so I can get back into the full swing of things. It is driving me crazy because I am always go go go!! This next week I will basically be doing the same thing from last week, just taking it easy with cardio and focusing on training and a clean diet, until I get my test results back and see if we have to adjust anything. I am hoping for the best..but you always need to listen to your body and not do anymore damage before it’s too late. So I just need to have patience and take the safe route right now J
