Well being that I just came off a show three weeks ago I am doing good. I had some treats and bad foods to get out of my system and now my bodyfat is back up to where I need to maintain. I met with my trainer today to go over the game plan for the USAs. We need to add 5+ lbs of muscle and keep bringing my calories up each week and try to decrease cardio. So by the time its time to cut and get leaner we can take away calories and add more cardio. My trainer put me on a new split so we can cap my shoulders more and make my back more dense. After meeting my trainer and getting my focus back and getting bac into contest mode I feel pumped..I get butterflies just thining of USAs. I can't wait to see what these next 17 weeks bring!!
