Katie Bergstrom NPC Las Vegas USA's 2010 Week 15

16.8% 129 lbs 1950 cals 5 days cardio 30 mins

Ok so my bodyfat went up just a tad .2% which really isn't anything and my weight is up 3 lbs. I gained about 2 lbs of muscle so we are doing great!!! My trainer still wants to add a few more lbs of muscle, we will continue gaining mass for about 5 more weeks and then start to cut. He also added a little bit more carbs before and after my workouts. My cardio increased just a little bit so I can continue to stay lean. I prefer doing 30 minutes of cardio though, 20 minutes just doesn't seem like enough..LOL I am weird though. This week my training split will still stay the same with really heavy weights and low reps. The weather has been nice so I have ran bleachers for a few of my cardio sessions..I LOVE IT. The next day my calves and hams are smoked!

This week I am going to add more TopForm supplemts in. I am doing the pre and post workout and the Lipotropic fatburner. I will let you know next week how I like it and how my body responds.
