Yeah well my body fat went up just a little bit again..it is pretty typical while we are trying to put on some muscle. As long as we are staying in the 16-17% range we will be ok. Just a few more weeks of building muscle and then cutting time!! I can't wait to start cutting, I love the journey each week of getting leaner and having the disipline to take away calories and increase cardio each week.

This week I added in the post workout..I LOVE IT. It has the perfect amount of quick carbs, glutamine and BCAAs to replenish your muscles after a great workout. It truly is the perfect post workout drink.

As for this next week we are playing with calories to see how my body responds. I will be eating more carbs than I am use to..hoping this will trick and crank up my metabolism so I can start burning more. Since we are still 14 weeks out we can play with calories and ratios a bit to see how I respond, so if I do gain again we will know that my body doesn't like what we have to give it, and just try a different method. Let's hope this works because I LOVE carbs :).

My strength and energy in the gym this week has been through the roof!!! I am lifting heavier than I ever have before. Needless to say I love the pain that comes along with a great workout..ehhh but the day after my workouts are tough!!! I am so sore that I am limping and crying all day. I love it though!! Each day I am changing the shape of my body to bring the best package to USA's!!!
