Justin Dees TopForm NPC Utah Classic 2010 Week 9
Meeting with Joe McNeal was great! We put a great game plan together for the March show! He already has me doing 5 days of cardio so that my bodyfat will drop quickly. I'm only at 9% right now but we want it to be in the 2% range for the show. I hate doing cardio but i love the way it make me look :-) Joe also changed up my resistance training....I'm only weight training 4 days a week. He wanted to give my body some extra rest so that i could put on muscle leading up to the show. Dieting is already making me hungry but thats ok, if i wasn't hungry something would be wrong...You need to be in a caloric deficit in order to drop bodyfat. My strength still feels good but i'm sure it will drop as i get closer to the show. That's about it for this week. until next week, train hard and stay healthy!
