Justin Dees TopForm NPC Utah Classic 2010 Week 6

I am starting to feel very tired. Cardio is getting tedious and food cravings are getting much worse ha ha. But the god news is that every day I look a little bit leaner. I am very happy with my progress. I am leaner for this show than I was this far out when I competed in the USA's in 2006. I will absolutely shredded come March 20th!!!!! Heather and I spent the weekend in San Diego with top IFBB figure pro Gina Alliotti. She was so great to work with! She really helped Heather fine tune her posing and presentation! She lobed Heather and is certain that Heather will be a top pro in the near future! We trained at World Gym in San Diego...it's a great gym and everyone was very friendly and we were able introduce Top Form to many people! I'm very excited for our future and the future of Top Form!!!!! Here's a quote to leave you with.....
