So last week to dial in for the Big Show!! This is the week when it takes your trainer to dial you in and its down to a science! Between carb depleting, to carb loading and sodium depleting! It all depends on how I look.... Justin takes a look at me every day several times a day to decide on how much and what and when I need to eat! The good news is I am done with cardio after Tuesday! Woo Woo!! As far as weight training just upper body pumps! This is also all determined by the Trainer (Justin in my case)... I love this part of getting ready for a show because everyday you wake up looking a little better, more lean and more dry! All such a process to get the look it takes to step on stage and walk off with the trophy! Dedication and determination is what this last week takes because although it is very fun to see your body change, it is also very hard to stay clean, precise and away from temptation over these last few days!! Eating clean and very plain food with the proper portions is so hard when you are so close! I just tell myself, well I can eat that Saturday night (usually it helps when I know it is so close) I do have to give one more shout out to my Husband! He is so brilliant in dialing me in for a show... I always step on stage the way "I" want to look to walk confident and feel good! (Hopefully the judges will agree ;) ! ) Also a big Thank you to TOPFORM, their support has also been so helpful in getting ready for this show!
