Looks like I am on track to show up at Juniors in just the right conditioning. I have to give a shout out to my husband Justin for getting me dialed for the Cal in just the right way to look the way I need to for Juniors! I am 9% body fat and need to drop about 1.5% for Juniors in two weeks! It can be done! Cardio switched back to intervals and I have about 9 days left of it! Yesss!!!! Well the only 9 days part is the good thing, the intervals are tough! As far as calories I just went back to my last meal plan at 2077 calories and still no milk... Dang it! This makes it really important to take my Pretty on the Inside Multi-vitamin and My Hero antioxidant to get the supplements I need when I cut out certain foods in my diet. It is also just very good foundational health! We never get all the nutrients we need from just food. I'm really excited to go to Chicago, the venue for Juniors is at a very nice hotel and there are always a ton of competitors at the National level shows!
