Cardio: 6 days 2- 30 minute sessions a day!

So down to Five weeks, and good news is I dropped some body fat and gained a little bit of muscle! I learned it is crucial to take your supplements and eat all your calories to maintain muscle mass! Well I didn't just learn that but it was reminded to me by my Awesome Trainer/Great Husband.. haha! So my focus is to remember to stay on track with my eating schedule and also take my supplements on time also! We'll see the big drop (hopefully ;) ) next time I test! I hope to be under or close to 9% by 4 weeks out! Just a personal goal! Cardio did increase to twice a day for 30 minutes, heart rate at 160bpm! Luckily, I have switched up my machine to the arc trainer which is by far my favorite machine to do cardio on!! I usually can get my heart rate up in about two minutes on that machine... That way I only have to be on for 32 minutes :) My calories went down also, YIKES!! My milk was taken out of my shakes which makes me sad! lol!! I already miss it! Oh well, gotta do what the Master says... haha! Spirits are still high and I am getting Super Excited already! Thanks to all of my awesome fans that like to read my blogs! I receive a lot of encouragement from Friends, fans, family, Top Form (of course) and the Love of my Life Justin! I couldn't do it without all you guys, so thank you so much! Stay posted! I will update ya next week on how this week goes with no Milk! lol
