So My cardio went up again but I did make it to my personal Goal which was to reach close to 9% body fat woohoo! I have 3 weeks to drop body fat and 4 weeks til show time! Man, time flys! Hopefully I can drop another % by next week and stay ahead of the game! It's way easier to be ahead than trying to play catch up!! The reason we are trying to get me a little leaner for this show is because if I can drop low enough without cutting sodium and water, the transition into the next show will be so smooth! I won't get the rebound like I would otherwise with cutting sodium!

As far as supplement go, I am in love with the New Top Form whey isolate called "Iso Strong" I drink it every morning! I personally like to use 1scoop of vanilla with 1/2 scoop of chocolate! It's so odd I forget it doesn't even have milk in it! Since it is my protein source I eat a cinnamon raisin Ezekiel muffin with it and an apple :) What an awesome way to start my day! That's all I have for this week! Stay motivated and reach your goals! Summer is just around the corner! :)
