Cardio: 6 days 2- 30 minute sessions a day!

So not a Happy Day.. I hit the one time in the show prep where I plateaued! Yikes! Its normal and happens every show but never a fun time to come to! So of course my calories dropped and cardio changed to a new method! I am doing intervals now. Justin put me on two 30 minute interval sessions 6 days a week. I start off with a 2-3 minute warm up and get my heart rate up to around 135-140 bmp then after the warm up I jump to a 11 mph sprint for 30-45 seconds or until I can sprint any longer, then I drop down to a walk and let my heart rate drop to 142 bpm then jump back up to a sprint. This happens for the remaining 27 minutes of my session and I do that twice a day. Whew.. hard work for me!!

As far as calories Justin took out my smart balance from my meal plan and that dropped my calories quite a bit without removing to much food!! We'll see how this week goes, hopefully it will be good news when I test next week!

As far as supplements, I'm sticking to my regular regimen :) Since it wasn't a great test week that's all I have! Stay posted and wish me luck with intervals!!
