WooHoo!!! I dropped 1.7% body fat, gained 2.4lbs of muscle and dropped 2.4lbs of Fat! Intervals paid off! I have two weeks left til show time and 8 days left of cardio. Intervals are hard but when you change so much in one week and actually visually see the changes in your body daily, it motivates you and keeps you pumped and on track! I seriously would wake up every morning looking and feeling a little bit leaner and tighter! :) Justin Dees is the trainer of Champions, lol Just kidding... Well he is But more so he Rocks! It was a tough and exhausting week but in the end very fantastic news!! Since I progressed so much everything stayed the same for this coming week as far as food and cardio goes... Looks like we'll reach our goal and not have to cut sodium and water for the show after all! The focus for this coming week is getting conditioned for posing. Posing is hard and you have to make it look natural so practicing is key to great stage presence and showing symmetry in your physic! I am going to try and practice a little bit every day, on top of two cardio sessions, weight training, food prep, work, kids, dogs and house maintenance! Lol I'm not complaining but it sure is a lot of work... Like any sport or hobby is takes complete dedication and a positive attitude or you won't make it! So stay happy and keep training! Reach your fitness goals with no excuses! :)
