Cardio: 2 days 2- 30 minute sessions a day!

So I am 1 week out from the California State Championships and 4 weeks out from Junior Nationals! Wow, the Cal is finally here! I only have 2 days left of cardio this week woohoo! Lol! I'm feeling really good and so excited to step on stage :) This week is all about getting dialed. If you have ever competed you know it takes carb depleting, carb loading, sodium depleting and water cutting if necessary! In my case luckily I don't need to cut my water or I will look too dry and hard for figure. You always need someone to dial you in because it is too hard to look at yourself and be subjective.. This is where Justin comes in and gives me specific advice daily to up my carbs a certain amount of grams per meal. I can always count on him to get me in tip top shape for the stage :) It's always important to try and know what the judges are looking for! When I did Nationals and USAs the head judge in our athlete meeting said they want separation but not striations! So keep that in mind when getting dialed for figure!
