Week 4 and I got the stomach flu! Wow, that was the worst! I had to catch all my cardio up at the end of the week, so instead of doing 6 days 40 minutes, I did 4 days 60 minutes! At least it happened now and I got it all over with!! Unfortunately I also got my sweet husband sick too! He is also better now but that dang stomach bug has been going around! I heard from a lot of my clients that they or their families have caught it also...

I am more and more excited for the show as time moves on... Its been super fun to watch my body change and respond to the Top Form supplements I have been taking. I discovered the two recipes Gina Aliotti gave me are so super good with Top Form Vanilla Meal Replacement! So I have been baking all week making some yummy clean food!! Eating clean does not have to be miserable :)

Another thing I have been focusing on is posing... You can never practice too much! Like Justin says, only Perfect Practice makes Perfect! :) Until next week! ;)
