So week three came and went too fast and the most unfortunate thing but also very common thing is I plateaud! Yikes, haha! Good news is it didn't happen til now... So of course, my cardio went up and my calories are a bit smaller and more exact.. What I mean by exact is a lot of the time I have some options to substitute some foods for others that are a calorie exchange but by tightening up my diet and eating complete whole foods that are clean you get a better result and more accurate changes. This way you know what you are doing so precisely that if you don't change, you can make adjustments accordingly and find out what works best for your body.. Well my trainer (Justin) can anyway!! I hope that makes sense. And to sum it all up basically I will be very strict to what I consume when I consume it and follow my program precisely! ;) Stay tuned we'll see what the end of this week brings!!

As far as cardio going up... :( . Darn it! Of course to be expected! The last few weeks are brutal and exhausting but I guess that's what sets this sport apart! This is why everyone doesn't compete (I think) lol! It's take drive and determination.. Like with everything thing in life! Too often I hear "well I would be in the shape I want to be in but I'm not that dedicated.." Hey, at least the people that say that are honest! For me the challenge is great but the rewards are greater! I know it's hard but I can do it! I can accomplish my goals :) Nothing great comes easy! Stay focused and reach your goals! :)
